We provided a wealth of support, reviewing floor plans, recommending interior finishes, and created a robust marketing plan. Our team branded the project, coined Union Corner, created a logo, website, and sales booklet. We established aggressive pricing and leased the entire building in four weeks, achieving a record breaking price per square foot for the location.

64 Bayard was first launched by Halstead with sub-par marketing. We re-branded the building, creating a custom logo, floor plans, and website. We then took high end photography of staged units and produced a video of the building’s interior, exterior, and surrounding neighborhood. Our continued effort results in the lowest vacancy rate of any building on McCarren Park.

This project never launched with a marketing strategy. Upon the transfer to new ownership our team stepped in, rebranding the development. We created a logo, website, and videos supported by high quality virtual staging. We have continued to capture high rents and quality tenants.

 

India Street Luxury Condominiums


Currently under development, this 4 story project will contain 2 luxury homes; Each offering over 2,000 square feet of interior space, 3 bedrooms, and private outdoor space. We engaged our client pre-design, helping identify and purchase the property, and followed through with consultation on layouts, interior finishes, and exterior design.

Manhattan Ave Luxury Rental Dev


Currently in production, this 7 story project will contain luxury rental units with a full amenity package, and retail space at the foot. Positioned in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn, these modern homes will set the bar for high-end leasing in the neighborhood. We offered consultation on everything from floor plans to interior finishes, and exterior design + pricing.
