Furthermore, we have every broker’s email and phone number on tap to notify them when we have a property to sell that might be the perfect match for their buyer. Though our vast advertising campaigns aimed at attracting direct buyers in and out of state, and our total broker outreach there isn’t a buyer who is unaware of our properties.

Sales Price - Commission = </> Profit
Not rocket science. If you home is worth, lets say, $10m and your broker charges a 6% rate you will pay $600,000 for their service. Is any salesperson truly bringing $600,000 in added value to a sale? Absolutely not.
Our commission rates don’t gouge your net profit. If we secure a direct buyer for your home you will pay only 1%, gaining up to $500,000. If a cooperating broker procures a buyer our rate is 3%, gaining up to $300,000.
